Become a virtual farmer and “Beef” up your investment portfolio

Become a virtual farmer and “Beef” up your investment portfolio
I spend a massive amount of time researching odd ball ways to invest money. You see, I love spotting the method in the madness of the idea.

Best of all, I help you make a pretty penny in the process. And that's exactly what I want to help you do today.

When I come across a good idea, I can't wait to write about it and share it with you. This time around, I've found a really strange investment opportunity that nobody really knows about but that has the potential of making you some real gains.

For the first time ever, city slickers like you and I can buy and own cattle. You never need to take delivery of the cattle, you don't need to feed it and you don't even ever need to meet the animal.

Just invest, collect dividends and rake in the annual returns...

How to Turn a R10,000 investment into R2,360,220

Imagine turning R10,000 in penny share investments into a waterfall of cash.

There’s a reason penny shares have been the JSE’s favourite hidden investment for years now: they give the best shot at winning it big.

A select group of profit-seekers already racked up the big penny share wins with scientifically selected plays.

Technology meets tradition AND you can profit from it

The opportunity I’m about to tell you about uses technology and combines it with one of the oldest asset classes in South Africa – cattle.

The way it works is quite simple. You download an app, buy your cow for around R10,500 and pay a monthly fee of R225 for a farmer to look after your cow. This fee also gives you insurance against illness or death. All the cows sold are already in calf or pregnant.  Once a year, your cow will give birth. When your calf is sold, you are paid a dividend from the proceeds of the sale.

This continues until the cow you initially bought becomes too old to bear calves. The good news is, when your cow reaches the age of eight, your cow is replaced with a younger, more fruitful cow at no cost to you.

As long as the going price for calves trumps the fees, you have annuity income paid directly into your bank account and a cow, which you can actually visit if you want to.

You can buy your cow as an individual, or enter into a stokvel agreement with people in your community. This will allow you to buy more than one cow, get greater investment exposure and increase your investment returns.

What I really like about this investment opportunity is that you don’t have to drive to a distant farm to view your livestock. You can simply use the app or log onto a virtual kraal and observe your asset from anywhere in the world.

Founder and CEO of Livestock Wealth, Ntuthoko Shezi says that the new technology and investment platform allows him to get city dwellers into the cattle business. He started out with 40 cows, but since launching the platform publically earlier this year investors have been piling in. His target is to have 10,000 investors by the end of 2016 and 100,000 by the end of 2017.

So how much money do you stand to make from your cow?

According to Ntuthoko, “Cows in the Livestock Wealth system are being promoted as an alternative to unit trusts, shares or bonds, and the model is geared towards long-term investing. Livestock Wealth would deliver annual returns for investors of between 8% and 12% depending on the beef price. That excludes the annual dividend payment.”

McLean Sibanda, CEO of The Innovation Hub says, “Livestock Wealth is an innovative concept of creating a culture of savings, wealth building by Africans using livestock as an asset class, thereby connecting investment as we understand it today to the way investment was done by our forefathers.  As an agency of the Gauteng Department of Economic Development, which is focused on the development of high growth businesses, The Innovation Hub and its incubation programme Maxum is supporting Livestock Wealth. We have no doubt of the potential of this company.”

The Livestock Wealth system is proving to be popular for investors from the townships. You see township dwellers need cows for major family events like weddings and funerals. Now, instead of paying up to R15,000 for a cow from a local butcher, you can invest in a cow, pay the maintenance fee and reap handsome rewards. When the time comes to slaughter the animal, all catering needs for the big events are covered.

If you’d like to buy you first cow or simply learn more about this investment opportunity, visit www.livestockwealth.co.za or search for Livestock Wealth’s app on your smart phone’s app store.

Let’s build your wealth together,
