Put simply, this is money you borrow to control a lot of property and generate a high rate of return with little money in your own pocket… This means you buy a property with a loan and get tenants to pay it off for you!

And the best part?

The more “OPM” you use the more money you will make – and the HIGHER your return on investment will be at the end of the day!
